Since then, life has grown beautifully – I became a mum, built a flourishing florist business, and found myself returning to my roots. Raised on a farm, surrounded by chickens, soil, flowers, and homegrown vegetables, I’ve always been inspired by nature and hands-on creativity. The Hillside is now a reflection of that life – a space filled with heart, history, and the essence of my family. The name itself is inspired by our location – nestled along Kings Hill, quite literally on the hillside – making it the perfect name for a shop grounded in story and setting.
